Compared to the other Refresh commands (see Refreshing
Pipelines), Refresh region
refreshes only a region of the selected component,
that is defined by straight parts of pipelines connected to the component.
It means that, a region is typically bounded by bends/elbows, tees (for branch lines), or pipeline path ends.
Refresh region is beneficial especially when
there have been some minor and bounded changes made on a large pipeline.
It refreshes only the affected region, not the entire pipeline (such a process may be time consuming and unnecessary).
Select a component defining the region you want to refresh.
Select Refresh region in the context menu displayed
for the selected component within the Piping tree view.
